How does our shipping work?
The moment you place an order, we get to work right away. Products ordered before 17:00 on working days are shipped the same day. Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1–2 working days, and in Germany and France within 2–3 working days. All our parcels are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your order is on its way, you automatically receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Outside the Netherlands, PostNL may hand your parcel over to a local delivery partner.
