Order before 17:00 on working days and your order ships the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium you usually receive it within 1–2 working days; in Germany and France within 2–3 working days.

PostNL delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium from Tuesday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays and Mondays.

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France is always free.

Our products are shipped with PostNL, usually as mailbox post. Larger orders are shipped as a parcel.

Yes — as soon as your order has been shipped, you always receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

If your parcel doesn't fit through the letterbox and you're not home, PostNL delivers to your neighbours or to a pickup point. You'll then receive a notification from PostNL.

You have 60 days to register your return. After registering, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Yes, exchanging is free. We'll send you the replacement product free of charge, or you'll receive a discount code.

• Opened in-ear earbuds (for hygiene reasons).
• Screen protectors whose protective film has already been removed.
• Damaged or carelessly packaged products — a reduction in value may be charged for these.

You receive a standard 1-year warranty on all our products.

Manufacturing defects and rapid discolouration or wear are covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
